    HOW TO TAKE SUPPLEMENTS?

     

    A. PREVENTION

    Prepare yourself for a possible contagion by activating your metabolism and helping your immune system to strengthen.

    1. Take a teaspoon (approx. 15ml) of MICROORGANISMS in a large glass with water every morning.

    2. Take four capsules of INTEGRAL COMPLEX (2 yellow and 2 gray) together with the glass of water with MICROORGANISMS.

    3. Take 4 drops of Elixir # 3 | INTEGRATION once a day, putting four drops under the tongue, allowing them to remain there until a foam is formed that is distributed in the mouth and then disappears.

     

    B. WHEN YOU PERCEIVE THE FIRST SYMPTOMS

    Start the following treatment when you notice the first symptoms such as a sore throat, dry cough, fever, body pain etc. To greatly reduce them and speed up your recovery process:

    Follow steps 1 and 2 described above.

    3. Drink half a liter of NEEM Tea every morning and another half a liter throughout the day. To make it, cover half a teaspoon of NEEM leaf powder with a liter of boiling water and let it rest for 10 minutes. Have two cups of this tea in the morning and the rest during the day.

    4. Increase the dose of Elixir # 3 | INTEGRATION , taking it at least every two hours until you feel that the symptoms are decreasing. 5. Take one ARTEMISIA ANNUA capsule, 3 times a day, for 7 to 8 days or until symptoms subside.
